We are the South Island distributors of Nudura ICF range of Integrated products and now adding the Viking timber double and triple glazed windows to our range. Both products exceed NZ standards for thermal performance by more than double, and can be used in passive house certified construction.
With more than 30 years’ experience in building in NZ, both on our own extensive property developments and for clients. Now living in Otago, we focus on providing the highest performing building envelope materials.

The focus of today’s property owners, designers, builders and property developers is to build environmentally sustainable buildings, using the latest energy efficient building materials. Improving the thermal performance of the building envelope with the NUDURA ICF wall system is the easiest, fastest and most cost-effective way to reduce build and energy costs. Costing the same as plain masonry block, approx $250 per m2 but with 14 times the insulation level already installed!!
